COVID-19, THIBAUT confirms its commitment to its clients

Dear clients, suppliers and partners,

Following the announcements and recommendations made by President Emmanuel MACRON and as a precautionary measure, the THIBAUT Group has taken immediate action to manage the health and economic risks in all of its activities and to protect the health of all, which remains the top priority.

We have taken decisions to support our customers and try to maintain our commitments as best we can and ensure the most satisfactory continuity of activity for as long as we are able to do so.

Our sales teams as well as our Customer Service remain available as usual by email and telephone. Tickets will be processed and followed up by part of the Customer Service team and spare parts will continue to be shipped as long as our carriers are operating.

We have also taken the decision to no longer welcome outside visitors without making an appointment, until further notice.

For urgent matters, do not hesitate to contact your usual contacts by phone or e-mail who will be able to get back to you in one way or another.
