What are the benefits?

Our software is designed to help you increase your productivity.

Linear Profile Expertise

The software is entirely dedicated to generating moulding paths, guaranteeing perfect results along the entire length.

Easy 3D machining

Simplifies the creation of complex 3D shapes (moldings) by using a simple 2D profile to generate the toolpath.

Control and Visualization

3D simulation lets you visualize the finished molding even before machining, validating the profile and quality of the pass.

Features

Discover in detail the features that make a difference every day.

01

2D Moulding Profile drawing

Concrete benefit: The profile of the molding is drawn in 2D (or imported). The software extends it in 3D along its length and generates the corresponding machining toolpaths.

02

Advanced Tool Pass Management

Concrete benefits: Optimize the order and depth of passes (roughing, finishing) to ensure a smooth surface and reduce tool wear.

03

3D machined part simulation

Concrete benefit: You can see exactly what the end result of your molding will look like before you start the machine. This allows you to adjust profiles and passes very quickly.

04

Standard Profile Library

Concrete benefits: Save time by using ready-to-use profiles (e.g. spigot, quarter-round). Simply enter the dimensions.

Demonstration video

Can T'Shape create non-linear 3D sculptures?
No, T'Shape specializes in linear moldings. For sculpting or free-form 3D shapes, use T'CAD T'CAM V5.
Does the software handle different materials (granite, marble)?
Yes, the management of tool passes and speeds can be parameterized to adapt to the hardness of granite, marble or stone.
How do I import a profile?
You can draw directly in 2D or import standard format files (e.g. DXF, DWG) representing the section of your profile.
What is the use of a debiteuse?
On a Z-axis edger, it can be used to shape edges and simple linear profiles on worktops or thresholds.
