What are the benefits?

Our software is designed to help you increase your productivity.

4+1 precision

Continuous 4-axis machining capability guarantees unrivalled finishing quality and precision for funeral forms.

Treatment of Cylindrical Forms

Enables operations to be carried out on round or curved parts (e.g. columns) without risky manual repositioning.

Accelerated process

Integrated with eT'CAM, the 4+1 module enables rapid program generation for these complex, targeted operations.

Features

Discover in detail the features that make a difference every day.

01

4 Axes Continuous Machining

Concrete benefits: Create curved shapes, bevelled edges and engravings on curved surfaces without interruption and with perfect continuity, ensuring a high-end finish.

02

Positioned Axis management (+1)

Concrete benefit: Ideal for engraving or flat surfaces on the sides of a workpiece. The axis positions the machining head at the exact angle for precise orthogonal working.

03

Specific 4+1 3D simulation

Concrete benefits: Visualize part rotation and tool movement in a 4+1 environment. This makes machining safer by avoiding collisions in complex kinematics.

04

Compatibility with the funeral industry

Concrete benefits: Tools and strategies are specifically designed for current funeral operations (e.g., bas-relief on caskets) for optimized performance.

What's the difference between 4+1 and 5 continuous axes?
4+1 uses 4 continuous axes and the 5th axis is positioned. This is sufficient and more economical for many funeral operations.
Can this module engrave letters on a curved surface?
Yes, this is one of the key applications. It ensures that the tool is always perpendicular (or at the desired angle) to the machined surface.
Do I need eT'CAM to use eT'CAM 4+1?
Yes, eT'CAM 4+1 is a module added to the basic eT'CAM software. It enhances its machining capabilities.
Is 3D simulation compulsory?
Highly recommended. 4+1 kinematics are complex, and simulation is the best way to validate the absence of collision before machining.
